East Michigan Panthers ~ Spring '24

General Notes on the Season

  • Players must be at least 51% homeschooled.  There are two roster spots per team for non-homeschooled players.  These players must attend a school which does not offer soccer. Please see the Eligibility page for more details.

  • If your player doesn't fall into this category or if two spots have been taken, there is still the possibility of a waiver.  For Varsity level, waivers would need to be granted via the state and national tournament committees.

  • Parents are required to fulfill a volunteer duty. We will try to find one that fits your schedule and your talents.  No exceptions unless specifically waived due to extreme extenuating circumstances.

  • Parents who would like their player to fulfill their family volunteer duty should approve that with the Volunteer Manager for the season. If you're not sure who that is, please check with us.

  • No administrator or volunteer is paid for their time.  Head coaches receive 1 player free.  Asst. coaches receive 1/2 off the cost of one player.

  • The game & practice schedule is always subject to change.  There are cancellations that may happen that are out of our control.  Some opportunities may come up that may be added to the calendar.  If any addition is within 2 weeks, team/coach availability will be checked first.  Please make every effort to accommodate changes.  We try to keep changes reasonable!
